Hot July – rats waiting for owls, hummingbirds, and a squirrel in love with a brush

I do not mind feeding a few rats, I have seen the Owl grab one at night. Amazing to see an owl with wingspan over 1 m., gliding without a sound, in between the wood stack, and grab a rat in flight.

A few meals are now ready for the owl.IMG_0017

Plenty Hummingbirds, enjoying the good warm weatherIMG_0024Tried to get a picture of one at the Honey Suckle, but they are so quick.IMG_0028This squirrel fell in love with a brush

Not much happens on a hot July day, but I still enjoy the world around me.
